Welcome to PIC Math (MATH 4950)! I'll post most of our content on our eLC page, but here is some of the basic information about the course.

(more info coming soon)

This course is part of the national PIC Math program, co-sponsored by the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the National Security Agency (NSA). Here is a link to more information about the national program.

This semester, we are working with the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia and the UGA Women's Golf Team. We will help the Food Bank of Northeast Georgia to better understand food need, specifically the connections between the meal gap, the SNAP gap and demographics of the counties in the service area.

To sharpen your data skills, we will be completing training modules in DataCamp. You will receive free access to our DataCamp classroom, and I'll share more information during class.
