The Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program facilitates partnerships between systems of correction and higher education to create educational opportunities that foster civic engagement. Inside-Out is a form of collaborative learning that invites people on both sides of prison/jail walls to take leadership in addressing crime, justice, and other issues of social concern.sheriff logo
