I am a PhD student in the Department of Statistics at the University of Georgia. Before joining the Phylogenetics Lab in the Fall of 2017, I obtained a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Henan University, China. I am currently working on Statistical Methods in Molecular Evolution, such as Continuous Time Markov Chains. Outside of the lab, I’m often at the gym working out or playing basketball. I also enjoy computer games.
